What you get

1
Photo: a film crew recording a speaker

The team

You'll get a local videographer who brings two cameras and records you in 4K video. Yes, you can meet them before.

2
Photo: the delivered folder of files

Your edited talk

The raw video AND a polished edit of your video. Something you'd be proud to put up on YouTube, send an event planner or use in your demo reel.

3
Photo: clips and thumbnails ready to post

Short-form content

5 to 10 social clips, captioned, with thumbnails, titles and the LinkedIn and YouTube posts already written, plus a list of what goes where.

How This Works

Stop relying on the event's AV team.

  1. 1We find and vet the videographer before we hire them.
  2. 2They sign a written standard before the shoot: one camera wide, one tight on you, and you get mic'd up professionally.
  3. 3We check in on event day to ensure there are no hitches.
  4. 4We handle the organizer for camera access ourselves, early. You never have to be the "difficult speaker" who asks for things.
  5. 5The day the video lands, you get the footage. Edits come within 2 weeks.

Your part

Send us the time and date. That's it.

We'll handle the organizer, the videographer, the standard, the file check, the edit, the captions, the posts and the delivery. After you book, the next thing you touch is the finished folder.

Before you book

Isn't the event recording it?

Yes... For the event, on their gear, for their archive. You may get it a month later, or never. Ours is yours in ten business days.

Will the organizer mind?

Almost never, especially when asked early. And we ask, not you.

What if the videographer doesn't show?

We don't confirm your date until one is locked in and has signed the standard. We check in with the videographer on event day as well. The full money-back guarantee stands behind all of it.

My next talk is months out.

Good. Book now and the date is handled. Short notice works too: anywhere in North America, with as little as 48 hours' notice.

It's a breakout, a workshop, or a small room.

If it's booked, we film it. Two cameras and clean audio do the same job for forty people as for four thousand.

I don't post, and I won't start.

Take the record. Hand the full talk to your bureau or to whoever asks. The clips will wait in the folder.

Book the call

Fifteen minutes, no pitch. Bring the date and city of your next talk. You leave knowing exactly what to do next.

This time, you'll be amazed by your video.

Send us the date and the city. That's your part.
